how to activate 4G on ntc (nepal telecom) sim
verify your mobile device supports 4G or not
go to setting>connection>more networks> mobile networks and if your device supports 4G then there exists LTE. it looks like as below

a activation menu pops up as
type 1 in input box as above screenshot
and touch on "SEND"
if your sim does not support 4G then following menu pops up as below
