Apple should better to put an apple store here in Nepal. Due to unavailable
of an apple store, customers who like apple products are buying its product illegally.
Because they don’t know or even knowing as illegal products they are encouraged
by mobile shopkeepers. Mobile venders almost import apple products from abroad
like Hong Kong, India, UK, US and Australia. Among them, 90% apple products are
imported in Nepal illegally and it’s creating bad impact to customers and Nepal
government also. Customers are paying high cost than actual price provided by
apple store. Venders import without paying tax. Money for apple products and
other electronics devices is illegally going out from Nepal. There is an
authorized dealer and insurance facilities are available for Samsung products
in Nepal, it minimizes and reduces imports of illegal way.
Hence, if apple gives authorized apple store in Nepal, Its Nepalese
customers and Nepal government also get benefits like import tax, insurance,
service and maintenance, warrantee, time, price etc. It reduces the illegal way.
